Follow next steps:

  1. Check battery jumper.
  2. Device should be ON.
  3. Check on your mobile phone or tablet if bluetooth and location are enabled.
  4. Check if you have the latest version of Trapview app.
  5. Make few retries. If it still can't connect then switch the device off and charge it for at least 24h.
